We are on the look for an Operations Assistant to join a client of ours, within the Financial Services industry. This role is perfect for somebody that has face to face customer service experience within an office environment, but also holds good administration and organisational skills. Your role will be to welcome visitors to the offices and to support with Admin duties where needed.
As the Operations Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
* visitors to the office for meetings.
* and arranging of meetings for the Directors and Management.
* the entrance to the office clean and tidy.
* you look presentable on a daily basis, being the face of the office!
* Administration support to any of the other teams.
* with incoming calls and emails from customers.
To apply for the Operations Assistant role, you need:
* experience as a Receptionist or other Customer Service type role.
* friendly, bubbly and outgoing person that loves meeting new people.
As the Operations Assistant, you’ll get:
Basic salary of up to £23,000 per annum.
