Hospitality Team Manager
* 36 hours per week on a 52-week contract, Monday to Friday. Managing a Hospitality Team in East Fife from Burtisland to Tayport, including Nurseries, Primary, Special, High School Catering, Client Catering, and Staff Cafes.

This position focuses on ensuring effective and safe operations within schools and council buildings across Fife.
The Person
If you meet the essential qualifications outlined in the Role Profile, we want to hear from you:
* Educated to SCQF level 9 (degree or equivalent) or with significant relevant experience.
* Multi-site Facilities Management experience.
* BICs Certificate or equivalent.
* Intermediate Food Hygiene certification.
* Knowledge of Nutritional Standards for Schools (Scotland).
* Extensive experience in large event or function catering.
* Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.
Pre-employment checks include PVG scheme membership and attendance at induction training.
