The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills and be able to prioritise tasks to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience of working in a school or similar environment will be beneficial.
The candidate must be resourceful, enthusiastic, proactive and have a positive outgoing nature; they should have good practical skills (ideally from a trade background such as joiner/plumber) and be knowledgeable of school health and safety and safeguarding requirements.

About You
Weald Rise Primary School is seeking a dedicated Assistant Site Supervisor to assist in the management and maintenance of the school site. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, security, and operational efficiency of our school premises. Experience beneficial but not essential.
