Overview
NS223063 Information Governance Administration Assistant – a permanent, office-based administrator role within the Information Governance Team. The successful candidate will join a small established team based at Rosehill House on the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI) site.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Information Governance team.
* Handle medical records and work with sensitive and confidential information.
* Demonstrate good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills
* High standards of verbal and written communication skills; standard Grade English or equivalent.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office.
* Previous administrative experience within a medical environment would be advantageous.
* Hours: Monday to Friday (08:30–17:00).
