Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Company Driver to join our team, working up to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate must hold a valid license to drive a 9-seater minibus (Category D) and will be responsible for safely and promptly transporting company executives, employees, goods, and residents to various destinations. Additionally, the Company driver will ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and comply with all traffic and company regulations.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Safely transport company personnel, goods, or equipment to designated locations.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transit.
* Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure proper functionality.
* Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly.
* Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
* Communicate effectively with company personnel and office staff.
* Complete required paperwork, including trip logs and expense reports.
* Ensure timely arrivals and departures for company activities.
* Present a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Previous experience as a driver is preferred.
* Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
* Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Regular driving responsibilities.
* Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required.
