About the Role As our new Senior Property Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload of sales and purchases, including leasehold, new build, and shared ownership matters. You will play a key role in meeting individual targets and ensuring the department achieves its KPIs and SLAs. Key Responsibilities Run and manage a conveyancing caseload with the support of an assistant. Meet strict deadlines and performance targets. Handle leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions. Draft and review contracts, Transfers of Parts, and Deeds of Easements. Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other professionals via phone, email, and in person. Update panel members and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements. Use a bespoke case management system in line with firm protocols. Provide exceptional client care and maintain high professional standards. Attend training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with AML legislation, CQS requirements, and SRA obligations. What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in a conveyancing fee earner role (senior levels also considered). Proven track record in meeting targets and managing complex caseloads. Strong technical skills in leasehold, new build, and shared ownership matters. Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail. Confident in using MS Office, Microsoft 365, and case management systems. Experience with Land Registry Portal, Online SDLT, and panel website updates.
