Role
The role: Research Manager responsible for designing and delivering client solutions, leading key initiatives, and advancing research methodologies.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and manage research projects across quantitative and qualitative methods.
* Design research proposals and contribute to new business pitches.
* Develop and present insights to clients, both virtually and in person.
* Mentor team members, provide coaching and feedback.
* Coordinate with local market partners and ensure quality delivery.
* Support account management strategy and client planning.
* Take part in people management and development of junior staff.
Qualifications
Core competencies:
* Experience in all phases of market research: design, project management, data analysis, and presentation.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to lead multi‑country assignments with minimal supervision.
* Experience contributing to proposals.
* Attention to detail.
* Team collaboration and independent motivation.
* Leadership or line management experience.
* Passion for the work and desire to progress.
