Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through both high and low moments. As a Deputy Manager, you will help ensure the home environment is secure, safe, and motivating for both staff and young people. Challenges will arise, but so will small victories that make a big difference.
Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes through a holistic, multidisciplinary approach involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members.

By assisting with daily operations, supporting your team, and maintaining high standards, you enable young people to reclaim their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. We require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, including supervisory experience.
