Mechanical Supervisor - Outage ProjectLocation: Cilfynydd, WalesStart Date: January 12, 2026Duration: Approximately 106 daysWork Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 hours per day (60 hours per week)
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support a major industrial outage in Wales. The role involves overseeing the pre-assembly and assembly of large mechanical equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution throughout the project.
Role: Mechanical Supervisor
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate mechanical assembly teams on‑site
* Ensure compliance with all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards
* Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to management
* Identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
* Maintain high standards of quality control and operational safety
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on outage, shutdown, or large‑scale assembly projects
* Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical assembly processes
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
* Strong problem‑solving abilities under tight deadlines
* Flexibility to work extended hours as required
Compensation & Logistics
Standard Hourly Rate: Please provide quotation (INSIDE IR35)
Overtime Rate: 1.5x standard rate
Accommodation & Travel: All‑inclusive rate (INSIDE IR35)
