* Proven experience delivering Microsoft Office training
* Expertise in Excel
* Expertise in Power BI
* Expertise in Microsoft Project
* Expertise in SharePoint
* Expertise in Primavera (Fundamentals & Advanced)
* Expertise in Office 365 (Word, Project, Visio, Access, Teams, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
* Excellent communication skills (virtual & in-person)
* Engaging, dynamic, learner-focused training style
