Job Summary
We are hiring a PSV Technician to help build and operate our new garage. This is a permanent role that starts at 30 hours per week, progressing to 45 hours as operations grow. Overtime is available. PCV licence holders can earn extra hours through driving support and other operational tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Service, maintain and repair minibuses and minicoaches.
2. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
3. Ensure compliance with MOT and safety standards.
4. Respond to roadside breakdowns.
5. Complete all paperwork, including job cards and maintenance logs, using cloud-based systems.
6. Support the development of the new workshop operations.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Experience as a PSV or HGV Technician.
2. Strong working knowledge of minibus and minicoach systems.
3. Must have tools.
4. Comfortable with cloud-based software or willing to learn.
5. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications preferred.
6. PCV licence desirable for expanded responsibilities.
7. Self-motivated and team-oriented.
