What will be your key responsibilities?
* Drive Brand Consideration Through Ratings & Reviews: Lead review generation campaigns, encouraging consumer-generated ratings and reviews through external programs.
* Be the voice of the Customer Insights & produce a quarterly Voice of the Customer report summarizing key product review insights and drive actions from the learnings with Zooplus.
* Drive Future-Ready Category Insights: be the owner of insights tools e.g. Fox Intelligence to bring relevant category and eCommerce intelligence.
* Provide category insights to customers to help elevate the Royal Canin shopping experience on their platform.
* eCommerce Marketing Strategy & Asset Development: work backwards from customer and pet owner insights to develop impactful, insight-led creative campaigns.
* Collaborate with creative agencies to produce compelling marketing assets that align with brand and business objectives.
* Lead the development of digital and physical marketing assets.
* Conduct post-campaign reviews, including ROI and performance metrics.
