What you’ll be doing
* Manage the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of Boots products, ensuring data meets our high standards.
* Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
* Support and coach customers with data requirement queries, enhancing their experience.
* Produce team and customer KPI reports, providing insights into volumes and rework.
* Drive process improvements to simplify operations and enhance efficiency.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in data management or a similar role.
