Key Responsibilities
As Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for buyers, supporting them every step of the way. You will:
Handle enquiries via email, phone and in person
Manage the full sales process from first contact through to completion
Proactively drive reservations to meet and exceed targets
Share detailed knowledge of the homes, specifications and development
Stay informed on local market trends through research
Oversee handovers and provide immediate aftercare where needed
Complete all related administration accurately and on time
About You
A confident communicator with a strong phone manner
Previous sales or business development experience
Organised, with solid admin and IT skills
Passionate about providing a first-class customer experience
A natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced role
