Responsibilities Supporting Lead Process and Process Safety Engineers in all aspects of Process Design to deliver engineering solutions at Concept, FEED and detailed design project phases.Develop sizing calculations for Process equipment (Pumps, Heat Exchangers, distillation columns, compressors, separators, reactors etc.) and provide information in the form of equipment datasheetPreparing process equipment and instrument-related documents for project requirementsProviding design input for engineering drawing productionReviewing and checking of design documents/drawings prepared by the design teamKeep up to date with new developments of standards, process software, procedures and implement them in the day to day workProficient in the use of AutoCAD and chemical process simulators. Experience gained on production sites will be a plus.Perform site visits to complete site surveys, site meetings, and other site related activitiesSupport project deliverables on process safety aspects including HAZID, HAZOP, DSEAR and HAC studies, with scribing and facilitation once qualified.Prepare process specifications, drawings, and process deliverables. Including but not limited to:- Process Design basisProcess flow diagramsHeat and mass heat balanceP&I diagramsMaterial selection diagramsLine listEquipment listProcess data sheets for equipment Qualifications & Desirable skillsMin. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemical EngineeringFamiliarity with process design in a chemical process plant environmentExcellent written and oral skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyComfortable in a customer facing roleDemonstrable experience of process safety deliverables
