What We’re Looking For
* Experienced Professionals: Candidates with a strong history of working in supported living services or care homes.
* Skilled in Personal Care: Ability to support adults of varying ages with daily activities, including leisure, cooking, and domestic duties.
* Specialised Knowledge: Experience with hoists and slings for safe mobility assistance, and the capability to manage challenging behaviours.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate personal care and support.
* Assist with day-to-day activities to enhance the quality of life for our service users.
* Foster a safe and nurturing environment for adults with learning and physical disabilities.

Qualifications
* Proven experience within a similar care environment.
* Checkable work history.
* Up-to-date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. If you do not yet have up-to-date certificates, we can offer online training with an added fee.
* In-date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS has expired, we can arrange a new one for you.

The hours for this position are 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
You will be paid a basic rate of £12.21 per hour.
You can accrue up to 28 days holiday pay starting from your first shift.
