Engineering Manager – Fire Division
Kent | £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + benefits
We are proud to be one of the largest independent fire and security companies in the UK, and we're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Fire Division team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the engineering department runs efficiently while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and mentoring a team of skilled fire engineers
* Providing on-site support for complex technical challenges
* Collaborating with schedulers and other departments
* Leading recruitment within the Fire Division
* Developing and delivering technical training
* Ensuring operational excellence across the department
What we're looking for:
* 15+ years' experience in a technical role within the fire industry
* At least 5 years' proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
* Excellent technical knowledge of fire alarms, aspiration systems, and related technology
* Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
