We're expanding our Performance team and we're looking for an ambitious PPC Manager to join us. This role is perfect for somebody that has strong experience within paid search and who wants to join a fast-paced environment that will enable your continued development.

Working on client accounts that span startups to multi-national corporations you'll play a key role in developing paid search strategies and managing the ongoing optimisation of accounts to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Purpose of the role

Reporting to a Senior Paid Search Manager, you will be a key hire in the building out and development of the paid search team at TrunkBBI. You will work with the team and the wider Performance department to deliver exceptional results for our clients and enable our continued and sustained growth of the agency.

What you will do

* Develop paid search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts, designed to deliver results aligned to our clients objectives.
* Line manage & mentor a PPC Executive, playing a key role in their professional development
* Work directly with your clients to ensure they understand how paid search performance can deliver business performance.
* Help paid search strategy for over £5m in annual ad spend
* Lead client accounts and understand your clients businesses to enable you to deliver the right strategy to drive ROI.
* Manage and optimise client paid search campaigns, including tracking budgets and progress against KPIs.
* Analyse data to identify trends and insights that can deliver performance improvements.
* Demonstrate your proficiency in data analysis by using insights to optimize paid search accounts effectively.
* Provide commentary to client paid search reports.
* Audit paid search accounts and pitch for new business.

Requirements

* You've been working in paid search for 3 years or more.
* Experience across Google & Microsoft Ads in both lead generation and e-commerce.
* Achieved 20% YoY performance improvement for clients.
* You have previous experience developing junior team members.
* Knowledge & experience across Pmax, AI-driven optimisation & privacy-first measurement.
* You love to learn and help others do the same.
* Ability to deliver on key responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* You have opinions on paid search and it's future in multi-channel marketing
