Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable General Cover Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Exeter and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a positive impact across different school communities.
About the Role:
Provide classroom cover for absent teachers across a variety of subjects and key stages
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively
Support students in their learning and ensure continuity of education
Work across multiple schools, gaining valuable experience and insight
Ideal Candidates Will:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Have experience working in a school setting (primary or secondary)
Be confident, adaptable, and comfortable delivering lessons outside of subject specialism
Possess strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be available on a flexible basis (part-time or full-time)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
