Job Title: Sales Account Manager Salary: £40,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits Hours: Full Time, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home) Location:Solihull (near NEC) Duration: Permanent We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to maximise pipeline quality, conversion and customer experience by aligning marketing, communications and commercial operations. The role drives growth through strong inbound conversion as well as targeted outbound support. Duties: Convert inbound enquiries into qualified opportunities and revenue Manage the full lead journey Support targeted outbound efforts, re engaging cold prospects and cross sell opportunities Work with the marketing team to create social and newsletter content that builds authority and engagement Provide insights on demand, pricing and product gaps Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce Track contract and PO progression with Operations and Finance, escalating blockers to keep deals moving Provide team cover during absences or peak periods to ensure continuity Keep accurate records on SharePoint Key Skills/Experience Required: Familiarity with the automotive or aerospace industry Experience in a growth oriented sales/marketing role with inbound conversion and pipeline ownership Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement Data literate with CRM, funnel metrics and forecasting.
