The Role
You'll own the delivery of multiple complex eCommerce projects simultaneously, ensuring they ship on time, on budget, and deliver measurable value. This means facilitating cross-functional collaboration between developers, designers, QA, and clients through standups and workshops, keeping ambitious projects moving while managing scope creep and timeline shifts. You\'ll be the strategic voice asking whether solutions genuinely solve the business problem - keeping commercial objectives and user needs front and centre alongside technical implementation.
The role goes beyond executing an existing playbook. You'll shape and refine how the team delivers work across their Discover, Define, Deliver, and Deploy framework. With a lean team of 15-16 people handling high-profile, technically demanding projects, you'll have real influence over methodology and process, not just project execution.

The Person
A Senior Project Manager with solid e-commerce experience who understands the commercial realities of online retail - conversion, checkout flows, inventory, promotions.
You're currently working at a digital agency or in-house e-commerce role, fluent in agile delivery methods, and can adapt methodology to suit projects rather than forcing rigid frameworks. Shopify experience would be a strong advantage, but isn’t essential.
