Anexciting opportunity has arisen at FRP Group Holdings Ltd based atour office in Wisbech for an experienced Project Administrator. FRPworks across multiple sectors and provides products and servicesincluding prototyping to the medical automotive and aerospaceindustries.
The idealcandidate will have experience of working in a similar projectadmin role. You will need to be highly organised as it is afastpaced environment with many projects on the go at any onetime.
You must be highlyproficient in MS Office in particular Access Word and Excel.
Reporting to the SeniorAccount Manager you will be responsible for managing theadministrative aspects of all project admin for multiple projectsthis willinclude:
* Respondingpromptly to all new requests for quotations and making sure thatall the paperwork is set up quickly to allow the Project team toissue a quote through to processing all the required documents oncean order is received.
* Ensuringthat communication is actioned quickly as each project progressesand customers are kept up to date on when their projects will becompleted and delivered tothem.
* Workingclosely with other members of the Project Team to ensure the smoothand efficient completion of all PA tasks in a timelymanner
* Dealingwith the raw material requirements of a project and liaising withthe project team customers and suppliers to ensure the correctgrade(s) are available at the right time
* Chasingsuppliers to ensure they are on track for delivery of parts to meetthe customer required deliverydate
* Ensuringall Project Review meetings take place on a regularbasis.
Youmust have excellent attention to detail and be able to communicateconfidently and succinctly when explaining project requirements toother departments and staff. You must be able to work to tightdeadlines and be able to prioritise and effectively manage your owntime.
You must be ableto listen carefully and take instruction understanding typicalProject Administrator requirements and be able to document andcommunicate actions to ensure smooth handover between FRP customersand suppliers.
