Join our Macclesfield Supported Living Network as a Community Support Worker (Grade 4). We are hiring 8 permanent part-time roles (21 hrs/week) to help individuals live independently in their own homes.
You will support people with daily living, medication, money management, and community engagement, always with dignity, respect, and person-centred care. No experience? No problem. We’re looking for someone like you to join our dedicated team at Macclesfield Supported Living Network, where we support individuals living in their own homes to lead fulfilling lives and stay connected to their community.
Responsibilities
* Be part of a team providing 24-hour person-centred support, helping people maintain their tenancies, manage daily living tasks, and achieve personal goals.
* Support includes:
o Personal care
o Medication administration
o Food preparation
o Managing finances
o Community engagement
We work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to ensure services reflect each person’s choices, aspirations, and preferences.
What We’re Looking For
* No experience? No problem! We provide a full induction, ongoing training, and support. What matters most is that you:
* Are compassionate and respectful
* Have excellent spoken English
* Are flexible and reliable
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Can work a rota including alternate weekends and bank holidays (Shifts: 8am–3pm / 3pm–10pm, with optional sleep-ins)
Pay & Benefits
* £13.26/hr, rising to £13.47/hr
* Time and a half on weekends and bank holidays
* Double pay on Christmas Day and Boxing Day
