Note Taker
£15.06 per hour
Monday - Friday - Full Time
Temporary - currently until end of May 2026
Based in Bristol - will be expected to travel across Bristol for in person meetings (travel paid for)
Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Note Taker to start immediately on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities
Attend 2 hour Child Protection Case Conferences in person to take notes.
Type up the notes and input the information into the database.
Send follow up reports/letters to families and professionals.
Any other administration support the team needs.
Due to the sensitivity of the work area confidentiality is important and some conferences will contain difficult content.
Essential Experience
Minute taking experience
Experience handling confidential information.
Experience using Microsoft 365 Applications
Excellent attention to detail
