This setting supports children and young people who present with a range of needs including emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural challenges, trauma-related experiences, and additional learning difficulties. The school provides a structured, nurturing, and therapeutic environment designed to help pupils re-engage with education, build trust, and achieve positive outcomes. We are looking for individuals who are calm under pressure, confident in building strong relationships, and passionate about supporting vulnerable young people both academically and emotionally.
