We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a £13.5m DfE primary school project in York, starting March 2026. This scheme is part of our successful and ongoing DfE framework. Ideal locations include York, Leeds, Sheffield or Doncaster, with flexibility to travel.
As project lead, you’ll manage the full delivery lifecycle — overseeing the operational team, driving programme, safety, quality and commercial performance, and maintaining strong client
relationships.
What we need from you:
• Experience as No.1 delivering £10m+ projects
• CITB Level 3 Safety Course & relevant CSCS card
• Degree (or equivalent) in a construction-related subject
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and technical understanding
• Ability to plan, lead and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment
• Professional qualification (desirable)
