Location: Isle of Wight
Full time Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM with a 2 hour break between 2pm and 4pm (Continuous shifts, not paid per call) 3.5 days per week this will include every other weekend.

Your Role
As a Carer, you’ll help people live independently in their own homes by providing:
* Personal care
* Medication support
* Meal preparation and refreshments
* Light domestic duties
* Companionship and emotional support
* Assistance with appointments and shopping
About You
We’re looking for compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference. Experience is welcome but not essential — full training will be provided.
You’ll need:
* A caring, patient attitude
* A valid driving licence and your own transport
* Reliability and good communication skills
* The right to work in the UK
