If these are values you share, we would love you to join our team.The Role:As a Team Leader you will primarily work within our production lines hand crafting our world-renowned Leather Goods. In addition, you will support in mentoring and motivating our team of Craftspeople to ensure they reach their full potential. We need you to have a keen eye for detail, be excited to work within an innovative and fast paced factory environment and open to learning and developing yourself and others.
