Block Manager
Office based | Full time | Permanent position
Remuneration: £36,000 plus Bonuses
Maida Vale, London W9
Working Hours: 9am to 5:30pm; Monday to Friday
23 days paid holiday a year plus Bank Holidays
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have a minimum of 18 months Block Management experience.
Be confident in liaising and dealing with leaseholders and freeholders.
Be proactive in the management of blocks with a high attention to detail.
Be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills.
Have a full knowledge of Section 20 legal requirements.
Collaborate with Contractors and other professionals in the maintenance and repairs to blocks.
Ensure all blocks adhere to Health and Safety regulations and carrying out regular property visits and inspections.
The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of blocks within the areas of Bayswater, Paddington, West Hampstead, Maida Vale, Marylebone, Mayfair and St Johns Wood
