Responsibilities
* Collecting and fitting parts as directed by the senior manager / operations manager
* Diagnosing and fixing equipment breakdowns
* Using client systems
* Carrying out calls as allocated by service control
* Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely way
* Working safely in line with health & safety procedures
* Building a strong relationship with customers and colleagues
* Delivering safe reactive and proactive maintenance to a very high standard
* Working with your line manager to achieve KPIs
* Accurate use of IT systems
Qualifications
* F-Gas 2079 Refrigeration Handling
* NVQ Level 2/3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
* Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to quality and attention to detail
* Highly self-reliant, motivated and enthusiastic
* Excellent attitude and approach to work
