Role: Weekend Showroom Host
Location: Volvo Nottingham
Hours: Saturdays 8-5. Sundays, 10:30-4pm
Salary: National living wage

The role

As the Receptionist/Showroom host, you are the first person to greet our customers and visitors, providing a warm welcome as they enter the store. You will be based on reception, and will be taking inbound calls, transferring calls, speaking to customers, and supporting the store with any administration duties as required.

Who you are

• You will have previous customer service experience, ideally within a professional, customer facing environment although this is not essential


• You will be confident talking to customers in a professional manner both on the telephone and face to face, ensuring they have a great experience in our store


• You will have good IT skills and be happy to support with administration duties


• You will be a self-starter, organised and someone who takes pride in what they do


What you’ll do


• Greet all store visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member


• Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team


• Provide refreshments for store visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked


• Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries


• Assist with administrative tasks as required
