Kitson Associates is excited to be working with a leading housing developer in the East Midlands to appoint an experienced Sales Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious business offering genuine scope to make your mark at board level.
The Role
* Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional results across multiple sites.
* Drive sales strategy, pricing, and customer journey to maximise revenue and profitability.
* Work closely with the board to align sales performance with wider business objectives.
* Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development to ensure a high-performing, motivated team at all times.
* Represent the business externally, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
About You
* An established Sales Director (or very experienced Head of Sales ready for the step up) within the new build housing industry.
* Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth within a residential developer.
* Commercially astute, strategic, and hands-on when needed.
* A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
* East Midlands base, with flexibility to travel across sites as required.
