The Management Information teams main function is to design and provide data from various sources and present results against our Contractual Service of requirements (SORs). The data is communicated to KN & Team Leidos management teams on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis. A key element of this role will be to create these daily, weekly and monthly performance reports along with interpreting data and turning it into information which will aid operations and support the business decision making
How you create impact
1. Build Relationships with the Customer and offer excellent customer service. Build positive customer relationships and responding constructively to customer requests Internal and External
2. Make certain all contractual obligations are met in full
3. Ensure Ad-hoc reports are completed within the specified requirements and the agreed SLAs, ensuring the requestor understands limitations.
4. Create daily / weekly and monthly performance / MI reports for internal and external customers.
5. Create customer, strategic, tactical and warehouse performance packs
6. Create performance and volume dashboards for various reporting levels
7. Generate reports to support operational analysis of contractual KPI data. Analyse raw data from various sources including WMS outputs, Access Databases and Excel documents
