Roles and Responsibilities
* Direct Intervention Delivery: Execute planned 1:1 and small-group support sessions for primary-aged pupils with formal Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) or identified complex needs.

Essential Requirements for Application
To be considered for this vital position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* A minimum of six months of demonstrable professional experience in a UK school setting, supporting pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Moderate Learning Difficulties).
* Outstanding patience, resilience, empathy, and proven skills in managing challenging behaviour and de-escalation techniques.
