They now are seeking an experienced and motivated day shift supervisor to join their growing manufacturing team in Christchurch. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong production experience who can lead by example, drive productivity, and maintain high-quality standards across the factory floor. About the Role As the shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily production operations, coordinate workflow, and support a team within a busy sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
