Job Description
Drive the digital upskilling of our workforce, in particular the roll out of Microsoft Office 365 (M365), and embed a digital culture through developing and providing digital/IT training to support the delivery of the East Ayrshire Council Digital Strategy 2022-27. This role aims to promote, deliver, and integrate the key objectives outlined in the People and Culture Service Plan and the Community Plan.
Requirements
The duties of this post require access to the public sector network. Therefore, the successful applicant must complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. A formal offer of employment with East Ayrshire Council will only be made once satisfactory clearance has been received. Any information disclosed on a basic disclosure will need to be discussed before a formal offer is issued.

The Individual
This is a full-time, temporary position based at the Opera House, John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock. The role is 35 hours per week, with working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday.
The position offers flexible working arrangements, with 50% to 79% of work time in an office or multiple work locations. You will work at your administrative base or another agreed location between 2.5 to 4 days per week, with occasional work from home.
The salary range is £33,124 - £35,927 per annum.
