Antisocial Behaviour Specialist - Social Housing (Full time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week)

What Youll Do
* Provide coaching and support to Housing Officers and Team Leaders, enabling them to deliver a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to ASB reports
* Lead on prevention, early intervention, and enforcement, using tools such as ASB action plans, mediation, and recovery actions for complex cases
* Support and embed best practice case management through regular training and coaching, ensuring consistent and high-quality responses across the service
* Oversee a robust case management system and ensure regular case reviews with clear action plans
* Triage all ASB cases for safeguarding concerns, ensuring referrals to statutory services are completed and outcomes tracked in line with service standards
* Keep teams up to date with relevant legislation, ensuring any changes are communicated clearly and reflected in practice
* Work closely with teams to build a supportive and accountable response to ASB that protects victims and addresses the behaviour of perpetrators
What Youll Bring
* Knowledge of antisocial behaviour legislation and enforcement tools
* Proven experience handling complex ASB cases in a housing or related setting
* Confident in coaching, training, and supporting teams
* A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
* Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred working practices
Relocation package of up to £2,000 to support travel and moving costs if relocation is required.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with individuals from all levels of the organisation and external partners, and to manage effective liaison with a variety of different customers, contractors and stakeholders.
