About the role
We are recruiting for a Senior Reward Analyst to sit within our Global Reward team. You will support the Global Reward COE by providing accurate analysis, driving programs and initiatives, and helping to implement, measure, and improve them. Your focus will be on delivering benefits programs across our UK business. You should have compensation experience working across multiple countries and thrive on building strong relationships.
As a Senior Reward Analyst, you will:
* Support the Global Reward COE with timely and accurate analysis, guidance, and support to ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and improvement of programs.
* Manage all aspects of global compensation, including role evaluation, benchmarking, data submission to surveys, supporting budgeting, and overseeing the pay review process, including project planning, communication, data modeling, and stakeholder coordination.
* Support ad hoc projects such as global job grading, career architecture, gender pay gap analysis, and delivering Reward training to managers and employees.
* Collaborate with internal teams (People Partners, Payroll, C&B specialists) to ensure best practice sharing, consistency, and alignment with the Total Rewards strategy.
* Develop and implement UK benefits operations to ensure excellence and continuous improvement based on employee feedback.
* Manage vendor relationships to maintain service levels and control costs.
* Support case management for Global Mobility moves and international sponsorships.
* Stay informed on market trends, legislative changes, and best practices in reward and compensation.
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reward programs and processes.
Qualifications include strong knowledge of compensation principles and policies, benefits programs (especially in UK and Europe), analytical skills, project management skills, experience in developing strategies, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits is required.
