Job Overview
Ward D4 West is a 30-bed ward specializing in the care of the older adult. The ward team is committed to delivering excellent, evidence-based patient care.
You will demonstrate high-level nursing assessment skills by supporting Band 5 Registered Nurses, Band 4 Assistant Practitioners, and Band 2 Healthcare Support Workers in their ongoing learning and development.
This is a Fixed Term/Secondment position for 3 months. If interested in applying for a secondment, you must obtain your current line manager's permission prior to applying.
Main Duties
Supporting the ward team in delivering high-quality care, providing advice and support to patients and families, and contributing to team development.
