Seasonal Retail Associate (Full-Time) role at Canada Goose
Position Overview
We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates to join our team for the holiday season (September - January)! Bring your passion for customer service and experience the warmth of Canadian hospitality with us.
What You’ll Do
* Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to driving your store’s results.
* Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
* Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
* Assist in driving KPIs and selling metrics—such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, and units per transaction—through introducing new, underperforming, and strategic product categories to customers.
* Support store upkeep by maintaining physical standards and cleanliness, organizing the stockroom, processing inbound and outbound shipments, and replenishing the sales floor to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge and cross-department partnership.
* Accurately and efficiently utilize POS systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards while following all standard operating procedures with excellence.
* Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.
Let’s Talk About You
* Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
* Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations.
* Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with the flexibility to work retail hours including evenings.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while demonstrating strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills, with the awareness of seeking guidance when needed.
* Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
* Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
* Multilingual skills are a plus.
