As a Bank Support Worker you will support people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns or dementia with their daily routines to live their best lives possible. We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. This means that from 1st April, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.12 per hour!

Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need to succeed!
