Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records in line with GAAP and organisational standards, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Produce monthly financial results for assigned product lines, analysing performance, risks and variances.
* Support quarterly forecasts and annual business planning, providing clear insight to inform decision‑making.
* Prepare financial reports and analysis for internal stakeholders, highlighting trends, issues and opportunities.
* Maintain and adhere to internal controls, ensuring accounting processes remain compliant and effective.
* Support special projects and ad‑hoc reporting requests, contributing financial insight as required.
Qualifications
* ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, or part‑qualified and actively working towards completion.
* Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, with checks and controls to ensure outputs are reliable and compliant.
* Analytical thinking ability to identify trends, variances and root causes for sound business decisions.
* Experience in financial reporting & analysis, using established tools and methods to provide meaningful insight.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing routine financial activities with forecasting, planning and ad‑hoc requests.
Preferred Additional Experience
* Experience with advanced reporting tools such as Power BI.
* High level of initiative, leadership, accountability and good judgment.
* Strong analytical, process improvement and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
