Packing Operatives - Temporary Contracts
Location: HARIBO Pontefract
Contract length: Until 31st March 2026
Shift Pattern: Alternating shift patterns: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
Salary: £29, 841.24
Our Packing teams are critical to the smooth running of our operations, providing comprehensive knowledge and technical skill.
We're looking for passionate Operators to join our team and have some fun along the way!

6. Assisting Operators to achieve departmental targets

9. Ensuring good levels of housekeeping are maintained within the departments
10. Transporting product / materials as required
11. Ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards are met
12. Completing any relevant documentation
13. Maintaining the working area to a safe, hygienic standard
14. Inspecting product to quality standards
15. Cleaning to the required standards
16. Removing waste as and when required
Ingredients that you bring with you:
17. Previous experience in Food Manufacturing or wider manufacturing (not imperative however beneficial!)
18. Awareness and knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
19. Good level of verbal and written communication skills
20. Ability to work well as part of a team
21. Reliable and supportive team player
22. Ability to use initiative and work independently
