Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Monument, London £45,000 This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on one of their high-profile commercial contracts by Monument in the City of London. The company is a well established maintenance provider who likes to progress their engineers career with all the opportunities of training and development. Based on a 14 storey commercial building the Mechanically qualified engineer will be part of a maintenance team which includes a day and shift team undertaking the Landlord side planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. This exciting opening will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and offers all the training and progression opportunities, with the current Supervisor and Manager having progressed through the ranks from being engineers. Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs, FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Sprinkler Systems Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
