Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, DOE

We are looking for an inspiring and adaptable Secondary SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Thrapston. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students across Key Stage 3 & 4 who require additional support with learning, behaviour, and emotional development.
You will play a vital role in helping young people rebuild confidence, re-engage with education, and achieve positive outcomes in a supportive and nurturing environment.
The Role
* Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural challenges
* Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment
* Encourage emotional wellbeing, independence, and personal growth
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and pastoral teams
* Inspire students to achieve academically and socially
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience or strong interest in SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision
* Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
* A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach to teaching
* Ability to adapt learning to meet individual student needs
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
