In this role, you'll take the lead or collaborate closely in driving key improvement initiatives across different areas of the business.What you'll be responsible forCollaborating with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations, IT) to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to digital channels (websites, mobile apps, social media, CRM systems, etc.)Translating complex business requirements into clear, concise, and detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Conducting in-depth research and analysis of existing digital processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Demonstrating a deep knowledge of the requirements that have been gathered - becoming the SME on what is being asked for and why.Articulating these to development teams and working with them to produce estimates for the work.Facilitating workshops, interviews to gather comprehensive requirements.Working in conjunction with the Head of Digital Delivery to assist with building the road map and strategy for our group Digital platformsSupporting the testing teams when applications are being tested.Working knowledge of service management to help with understanding the impact a project can have on BAU service teams.We're looking for someone who has3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on digital products, services, or transformation initiatives.Proven experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements for technology solutions.Good understanding of the software development life cycleKnowledge of workflow management tools such as JIRAThe ability to effectively communicate project progress, risks, issues, and decisions to relevant stakeholders.Clear documentation skillsGood Stakeholder ManagementAnalytical skillsBusiness systems implementation knowledgeIT Systems and integration experienceGood problem solving skillsDon't let it discourage you if you don't have all of this experience, it's a guideline that will help you hit the ground running.
