The role
* Prepare and review journal entries in Oracle; support month-end/year-end reconciliations and audits.
* Manage and authorise domestic and international payments, ensuring policy compliance and timeliness.
* Reconcile credit card receipts and bank transactions; resolve discrepancies through cross-team collaboration.
* Maintain strong relationships with banks, payment providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Prevent payment fraud by strictly controlling supplier banking detail updates.
* Oversee cash pooling and invest balances in line with financial policies to optimise returns.
* Enhance Oracle cash management processes and contribute to financial system improvements.
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential
* Experience of working in a Finance/Accounting environment
* Third level HNC/HND/Degree (or equivalent) Business/Finance related qualification.
* Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Desirable
* Working knowledge of Oracle Financials
