Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well-established and highly regarded organisation based in the Bristol area. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the team on a long-term temporary basis. Ideally candidates looking to work for on a part time basis would be preferred. This role is available for an immediate start and will involve supporting the Financial Controller across a wide range of accounting activities. Key responsibilities of the role include: Perform regular account reconciliations Accurately input invoices into the accounting system Manage and resolve supplier payment queries Process company expenses and credit card transactions Carry out daily bank reconciliations Assist in producing financial reports Support month-end processes, including journals and accruals Contribute to financial analysis tasks Skills & experience required: Previous experience in a finance or accounts role Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in IT systems, including Excel and Outlook Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail What’s on Offer: A supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to gain valuable experience within a reputable business Part time hours 16-27 a week If you’re passionate about this position or are keen to hear more, please click on “apply” as soon as possible.
