Service Delivery Coordinator Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 Location: Hybrid (UK-based with travel required) We are working with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider that delivers cutting-edge IT services, business communications, and cyber security solutions to organisations across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint a Service Delivery Coordinator to take ownership of provisioning, project coordination, and service delivery operations. This is a pivotal role, working closely with the Head of Technical to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery, and offboarding of client services. The Role As Service Delivery Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle-from initial order through to activation-while ensuring high-quality service delivery across IT, telecoms, and cyber security solutions. You will act as the key link between sales, engineering, customer experience, and finance teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Provisioning & Project Delivery Own and manage provisioning across all customer projects Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery Plan resources and equipment to support project timelines Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Maintain accurate project updates within CRM systems Support pre-sales processes and installation readiness Operational Coordination Manage hardware and licensing orders Organise technical calls, site surveys, and installations Support billing handovers and ensure accurate service activation Deliver client training coordination where required Client Offboarding & Terminations Manage client termination requests in a secure and compliant manner Coordinate decommissioning, data handling, and access removal Ensure accurate final billing and contract closure Maintain records and identify process improvements Governance & Documentation Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases Ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and security standards Continuously develop knowledge in Microsoft 365 and cyber security provisioning About You Proven experience in provisioning within IT, telecoms, or cyber security environments Background in technical support or service delivery coordination Highly organised with strong project management capability Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment with hands-on responsibility Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior technical teams Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required What's on Offer Salary of £33,000 - £37,000 Hybrid working model Opportunity to join a growing, dynamic MSP environment Exposure to a wide range of technologies and projects
