We are excited to introduce our new 12-month programme designed for ex-military veterans. This initiative aims to help veterans advance their career goals and transition into permanent roles.
What you'll be doing
We will explore your career aspirations and assess your skills to create a customized programme. This will ensure you receive appropriate development through formal training courses and hands-on experiences via rotational placements.
As part of our one-year programme, you will embark on a journey of growth and development, supported by an experienced mentor. Throughout the programme, you will gain industry knowledge and hands-on experience, providing invaluable insights into SP Energy Networks and enabling you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
The primary focus of the programme is to enhance your skills, equipping you with the knowledge and capabilities required to excel in your future career.
What you’ll bring
We have a wide range of roles to help deliver a low-carbon future, and we want to hear from people with various skills at all stages of their careers.
* You will have at least 3 years of military service and must be no more than 2 years post-service by the programme start date of 5 November 2025.
* A driving licence is required, as you will need to travel to different sites during the programme.
